Claims are submitted for parent and baby. Full in-network coverage only applies if both you and your baby are in-network under your primary insurance.

If either/both of you are not in-network or have secondary coverage, deductibles, co-pays or co-insurance may apply. Please see insurance page for more info.

Please note: I am in-network with Independence Blue Cross (IBX), not other Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. Please go to the out-of-network scheduling page if you have another Blue Cross plan.
