As an IBCLC, I see many parents looking for help AFTER trouble with breastfeeding (or supply, or bottle feeding, etc) has led them to my services. It extremely helpful to get help for breastfeeding difficulties! However, all parents - even those for whom breastfeeding is going well - have questions!

That means it’s time for:

The Lactation Checkup….

A personalized visit in the comfort of your home! Lengthy enough to:

  • check latch

  • check your baby’s weight

  • know how much milk your baby is drinking (measuring their intake on a scale by weighin before and after feeding)

  • work with various positions

  • answer any questions relating to feeding - pumping, bottles, pacifiers, sleep, return to work and so much more!

  • AND have follow-up time by text, email, or phone to continue refining your plan.

And, so much more!

Initial and follow-up visits are coverable by most insurance policies as preventative care. And, even if your policy doesn’t fully cover your visit, consider paying out of pocket for this valuable information.
